About SeeuJob

SeeuJob is a free, crowd-sourced platform that tracks AI adoption across industries using anonymous reports from workers worldwide. Our mission is to provide transparent, real-time data on how artificial intelligence is transforming the global workforce.

Unlike surveys from consulting firms that rely on executive opinions, SeeuJob collects data directly from the people doing the work — individual contributors, managers, and specialists across every industry. This bottom-up approach captures the real state of AI adoption on the ground.

Methodology

Each worker submits an anonymous report including their industry, job title, AI usage level (1-5 scale), AI tools used, and a description of AI's impact on their role.

AI Adoption Score (0-100)

The AI Adoption Score combines two factors: the average AI usage level reported by workers in that industry, and a confidence factor based on the number of reports received. Industries with more reports and higher usage levels receive higher scores. The formula uses logarithmic confidence scaling to prevent small sample sizes from producing misleadingly high scores.

Risk Levels

  • Low (0-25): Minimal AI integration reported
  • Medium (26-50): Moderate AI usage emerging
  • High (51-75): Significant AI adoption underway
  • Critical (76-100): AI deeply embedded in daily workflows

Limitations

As a crowd-sourced platform, our data has inherent limitations. Sample sizes vary across industries — some industries may have hundreds of reports while others have only a handful. The data is self-reported and may reflect self-selection bias (workers who use AI may be more likely to report). Geographic distribution is not controlled. We recommend using SeeuJob data as one signal among many when assessing AI adoption trends.

Data & Privacy

All submissions are completely anonymous. We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information. Data is stored securely and used solely for calculating aggregate industry statistics.

Open Data

SeeuJob data is freely accessible via our public leaderboard and JSON API. We believe workforce AI adoption data should be transparent and available to everyone — researchers, journalists, policymakers, and workers making career decisions.
